Founded in 2004 by Laurent Bizot, Nø Førmat! is dedicated to breaking down the boundaries between genres and enabling artists to express themselves freely, defending music that is "too singular" to fit into any box. It encourages encounters that give rise to creativity.

The Équinoxe line-up includes Mélissa Laveaux, Fidel Fourneyron?s Cuban project Que Vola, Gérald Toto and Blick Bassy. Rap, jazz, folk, it doesn?t matter, only quality and originality count. In great demand, Natascha Rogers unveils a highly personal poetic territory populated by rivers of piano and earthy songs backed by ritual African percussion. Lucas Santtana is a worthy heir to the giants of Brazilian popular music. Piers Faccini draws equally on Anglo-American heritage, Mediterranean, Maghreb and West African traditions, and ancient music. Finally, jazz/electro collective Asynchrone recently paid tribute to Japanese pop genius R. Sakamoto.
