Our generous cuisine is prepared with raw, local ingredients. Our brunch, for example, does away with bacon and salmon, and gives pride of place to vegetables.
Whether in cookcooning mode in the living room or at the table d?hôtes, you can enjoy a convivial brunch by the fireside in our charming home.
We take allergies, intolerances and special diets into account when designing our menu and buffet.
For example: pancakes, banana bread, babkas, pomelette eggs, roasted vegetables, assorted f(r)omages, seasonal smoothies, mixed salads, fruit compote, granola, sourdough bread and homemade jams, flavored waters, fruit juices, coffee, tea, etc. are the stars of our brunch.
