Bienvenue dans mon jardin au naturel : Le jardin de La Rabouilleuse

The "La Rabouilleuse" folk group was founded in 1953 with the aim of expressing and maintaining the traditions and customs of the Berry region. Since 1985, it has kept alive a building and a vast park owned by the town of Issoudun. The garden features traditional buildings built over the years (bakery and bread oven, walnut mill, village oil mill, egg mill, dry-stone lodge, etc.). On display is a collection of 64 medicinal plants, all native to Berry, individually identified with their properties and installed in a set of raised wooden containers; another area is organized into thematic squares (including dyeing plants used to dye wool spun on site). Some fruit trees of local varieties have also been planted
