Your children may have already played with magnifying glasses or distorting mirrors, but do they know how to create rainbows by playing with light?
Your children may have already played with magnifying glasses or distorting mirrors, but do they know how to create rainbows by playing with light?
During this workshop, young participants will gently discover all the subtleties of physics: diffraction will no longer hold any secrets for them!
On the program:
introduction to the concepts of visible and invisible light,
light experiments,
construction of an instrument to take home (pinhole, spectroscope or a Newton spinning top).
A snack is provided for participants.
