The spirit of the Sanglier Hirsute brunch is that of a flowery buffet, a mix of sweet and savory, small, playful and appetizing things to nibble on for a complete seasonal meal prepared together, where everyone can pick and choose as they please, sipping a revisited mimosa.
Pancakes, brioches, babka and eggs are the stars of the brunch menu, but fresh fruit and vegetables in juice, carpaccio or salad are not forgotten… and we like to think outside the box!
