Nature outing to discover edible wild plants with tasting at Mantelot, Châtillon-sur-Loire. You will go for a 2 hour walk in the field with Nathalie Deshayes to discover plants that can be eaten. On the program: identification, virtues, culinary uses, recipe ideas, stories? and a tasting at the end of the outing. Remember to reserve.
